By downloading, installing, accessing, or using EHS Credential Coach applications—including CIH Exam Coach, CSP | ASP Exam Coach, or associated web support properties—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the applications.

2. Permitted Educational License

CSP®, Certified Safety Professional®, ASP®, and Associate Safety Professional® are certification marks of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). CSP | ASP Exam Coach is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by BCSP, ASSP, NSC, or Pearson VUE.

Any references to examination blueprints, occupational health and safety domains, calculation formulas, or technical standards are made strictly for educational indexing and candidate preparation purposes under nominative fair use principles.

4. No Exam Passage Guarantee or Score Prediction

All applications provided by EHS Credential Coach are designed as interactive supplementary educational practice tools. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that using these tools will result in passing any examination, achieving a specific score, or securing professional certification.

Candidate examination performance depends on comprehensive academic background, field experience, independent curriculum study, and official testing conditions outside the scope of this software.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Content Protection

To protect the integrity of our educational materials, you agree that you will not:

• Scrape, extract, export, harvest, or bulk-download question items, rationales, formula assets, or database files from the application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications.
• Resell, sublicense, lease, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly display any portion of the study bank.
• Circumvent or attempt to defeat any security controls or license validation mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
