Our applications are educational self-study tools engineered for environmental health and safety practitioners. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transmit candidate personal study data to third parties.

3. Local On-Device Storage Architecture
All candidate practice metrics—including answers selected, bookmarked formulas, custom notes, calculation inputs, and mock test scores—are stored exclusively within your device's sandboxed local application database.
Because data remains local:
- Your study activity cannot be inspected, monitored, or reviewed by employers, certification boards, or testing providers.
- Practice sessions function entirely offline without requiring continuous network connectivity.
- Deleting the application or clearing application cache removes all locally recorded practice records from your device.
4. Third Parties & Zero Ad Trackers
We do not partner with data brokers, ad networks, or user profiling vendors. We do not inject behavioral ad tracking scripts, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking beacons.
When you submit voluntary support requests via email, your correspondence is used strictly to assist with your inquiry, troubleshoot bug reports, or deliver requested clarification.
5. Children's Privacy
Our software tools are professional credential preparation utilities intended for adult professionals, graduate candidates, and university students. The applications are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data Retention, Portability & Deletion
Because candidate study records exist solely on your local device:
- Progress Reset: You may reset your question answer history, bookmarks, and scores at any time via the in-app Settings menu.
- Complete Deletion: Uninstalling the application immediately purges all associated local app database files.
- Support Email Purge: If you have contacted our team via email, you may request permanent deletion of your support correspondence by emailing

EHS Credential Coach and its products, including CIH Exam Coach and CSP | ASP Exam Coach, are independent educational preparation tools. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any certification board, testing provider, government agency, standards organization, or professional association unless expressly stated.
